Return Policy
We want the product delivered to match what you ordered. Our return policy is designed for genuine order, size, color, damage and product-defect issues.
7-Day Return Window
An eligible return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
When a Return Is Accepted
- You received a different item from the item ordered.
- The delivered size is different from the size ordered or there is a genuine sizing issue attributable to the supplied product.
- The delivered color is different from the color ordered.
- The product arrives damaged, defective or materially faulty.
Change-of-Mind Returns
A return is not accepted only because the customer does not like the product, has changed their mind, or no longer wants the correctly supplied item.
Product Condition
Returned items should remain unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags and packaging where reasonably possible.
Return Dispatch
After Costilay approves an eligible return, the parcel should be dispatched through the same or Costilay-approved courier service. For an approved return caused by an incorrect, damaged or defective shipment, the approved return dispatch cost is handled by Costilay according to the instructions provided by support.
Inspection
All returned products may be inspected before replacement, exchange or refund processing.
